After coming back from a trip, I found this cutest hand printed x’mas card from my dear friend, Hijiri. Her hand made cards have got a very warm feeling because of the old school typography techniques. She also sells her products on Etsy site.Check it out!

One of fun things to do right after thanksgiving day is to search for cute x’mas cards. This year, I found custom made cards by “Seltzer” based in New York City, using 100% post-consumer recycled paper. All Seltzer paper products are printed using veggie-based inks as well. Greeting cards goes not only a cute design but also eco friendly!
サンクスギビングの直後に始まるクリスマスカード探しは年末の楽しみのひとつ。町中の店が一斉にカードを売り始め、どれにしようかいつも迷ってしまいます。２００９年のカードはイーストビレッジのはずれでふと入った雑貨屋さんで目についたSelzer 社（ニューヨーク）のリサイクルペーパーを使用したカード。インクもベジタブルからとった自然のもの。デザインもクリームのテーマにあったNYインスパイヤーのグラフィックで、可愛いだけじゃなく、環境にもやさしいカードでダブルで嬉しい出会いでした。

Ever since I’ve met Eva through Shadi (genius film maker/photographer based in NYC), we clicked. Not only because she is half Japanese, but because her energetic/charming personality attracted me for instantly.
She started her own company called “Masaki Ave.” a couple of years ago (mainly distributing local brands to other countries, especially to Japan), and asked me if I’d be interested in making a new company logo and the images for her.
Here’s what COTC DESIGN proudly introduced as the logo for MASAKI AVE.
